Combined Shed and Covered Cycle Rack

This customer contacted us and asked if we could take down and dispose of their old shed and replace it to a design they had in mind to not only be useful as a garden shed but also have a bike shelter to the side. We took the old shed down and then laid a paved area of approximately 4.2m x 2.4 to put the new building on.

The new build size was approximately 1.8m x 2.4m shed with a 2.4m x 2.4m Bike shelter.

The construction is:

Our standard thickness ship-lap cladding (ex19mm x 125mm finished size 15mm)
Standard ex50mm x 50mm frame-work (finished size 46mm x 46mm)
Shelving was fitted along 2 sides of the shed.
Single layer of torch on felt which is stuck down with a gas gun
TGV flooring and roofing
A standard single door with a lock-key-handle as an added extra.
Guttering along the back to control the water run-off.
The shed we treated in a blue preservative which was supplied by the customer.
We also fitted the bike hoops in place, which were supplied by the customer.
