6m Wide Shed and Summerhouse

This full garden width shed is approximately 6m x 2.5m and has a central partition to create 2 separate buildings. The shed has our usual high spec. ex75mm x 50mm frame-work, pressure treated tantalised ex19mm x 125mm rebated boards in a light green colour, guttering along the back and is was also designed with a little extra height. The floor and roof were constructed using TGV boards and the roof finished with a single layer torch on felt, with facia boards to the front and sides.

The summer house side of the shed features double doors with single glazed glass and fixed windows to the sides of the doors. The customer did not want any opening windows as they wanted the doors to open as wide as possible. We added black ornate ironmongery. The storage shed has standard double doors with single glazed glass and galvanized ironmongery which they wanted to be similar in proportion to mirror the summer house look but without the glazed doors.

They were very particular about how this fabulous garden building should look as it directly faces their house and is prominent as they look through their patio doors across the modern astro turfed garden.
